What we do and what we don't do
Short and honest. So you know what you get — and what you'll never get.
What we do
- · We keep your purchases, warranties and receipts in one calm list.
- · We store your data in Frankfurt (Supabase on AWS). Infrastructure fact, nothing more.
- · We warn you before a warranty ends, if you ask us to.
- · We let you export everything, in one click, whenever you want.
- · We let you delete your account and every file, permanently, whenever you want.
- · We write our policies in plain language, not legalese.
What we don't do
- · No AI on your data. Not for suggestions, not for training, not ever.
- · No trackers, no ads, no newsletters, no cookie banner — because there are no cookies to accept.
- · No log-in with Google, Apple, Facebook or Microsoft.
- · No selling or sharing of your data with anyone.
- · No auto-renewal. You renew actively, or you don't. No stored card, no surprise charges.
- · Our admin can't even show your list. It's structurally impossible, not a promise.
Frequently asked
- Why isn't it free?
- Storing your files, running the servers and sending warranty reminders costs money. You pay with money, so you don't pay with yourself.
- What does "admin blindness" really mean?
- Our database rules don't grant the admin role any way to read your purchases, attachments or notes. Not filtered out in the app — simply unreachable in the database. If we ever change that, we'll say so, loudly.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Nothing dramatic. Your list stays as-is until your paid period ends. Items above the free limit are hidden — never deleted — for six months, so a later renewal restores them.
